North Orange County ROP CNA Program

Tuition for the CNA program is $2,150, which covers instruction, supplies, and materials necessary for class success. To make the cost more manageable, the school provides a three-part payment plan:

• $500 due upfront
• $825 due midway
• Another $825 due toward the end

This staged payment system gives students the ability to start training without having to pay the full tuition all at once. However, it’s important to note that full payment must be completed before receiving the final certificate of completion.

Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards only. Money orders and cash are no longer accepted, so students will need to plan accordingly.

• Evening Track (July 8 – October 1, 2025):
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Includes 4 required Saturdays for clinical components
  • Clinicals start August 13 and run through October 1
• Day Track (July 1 – September 25, 2025):
  • Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (theory: July 1 – August 7)
  • Tuesday and Thursday from 6:45 a.m. – 3:15 p.m. (clinicals: August 12 – September 25)

All classes are held at the Career Training Center on Ball Road in Anaheim, and room assignments are provided upon registration.

• Proof of a negative TB test and recent physical exam
• Background check and fingerprinting (Live Scan)

• Recommended: Basic computer knowledge (Google and Microsoft Office familiarity)

Students are responsible for obtaining their BLS/CPR certification prior to the program start date, which is required at all clinical partner sites.
